Dewitt Garth
executive producer
DeWitt Garth was born and raised in Chicago. He has had a passion for Jazz since he was five years old, when he started imitating Louis Armstrong. After serving in the US Air Force overseas, he stayed in Europe after his discharge. There he toured the coast of Spain as a lead Jazz Singer for several years and owned and operated music clubs in Sweden. Over the years, he has never lost his passion for Jazz. Now that he is a resident of Pearland. He is excited to bring his passion for Jazz Music to Pearland. DeWitt has set up De Garth Presents as a vehicle to promote the great art form of Jazz, provide great opportunities to the talented local musicians who perform it, and last but not least provide a memorable experience for jazz music lovers.

Doug holds a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science.
michael c. lewis
Director of entertainment
Michael C. Lewis is an entrepreneurial artist who has an extensive resume as both an event producer and performing artist. Michael is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, and holds a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies from New York University. He is also the CEO of his company Cybervision Entertainment, LLC he has produced successful concerts in several notable New York City venues including but not limited to: The Apollo Theater, Sweet Waters, and Indigo Blue. Michael has also produced shows in Houston and North Carolina. Michael has produced and recorded two full CD’s as well as four single releases. His music as been well received and have appeared on the major Contemporary Jazz charts including the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Chart. He has also produced soundtracks for several films including the short film “The Date” starring Wendell Pierce which was featured on Cinemax. His recently was hired to design the music for The Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation’s Tribute of Afeni Shakur, in Atlanta GA.
